Logo Concept

I have been familiar with the mascot for Blooming Prairie High School my entire life; the Blooming Prairie Awesome Blossoms. Their mascot is supposed be a tough, mean, anthropomorphic flower, but I wanted to keep the color palette limited to their traditional black & white. It is no surprise that their school mascot frequently makes national, “Worst Logo” lists, but this was a fun challenge to give new life to a small town school logo. FUN FACT: school organizers officially added the word, “Awesome” to the name in the 1980’s to make it sound more modern.
